The Kuek’s son, Lin, was then hired to manage the restaurant as well as cook and serve. Although Simon Kuek and Lin Kuek are still involved in the management of the business today, Amy Chiang serves as the general manager. Canninghill Piers Condo will be located at River Valley Road.
